Claiming
Collect what your pass has earned, whenever you want. It's free apart from gas.
Open My passes and press Claim on any pass with something waiting. The ETH lands in your wallet in the same transaction.
Pull
The vault collects any fees still waiting on Pons for its coin.
Work out your part
Your share of everything the vault has ever received, minus what this pass already paid out.
Pay
That amount goes to the pass's holder.

Passes are counted separately. Claiming one pass never takes anything from the others, even when they belong to the same coin.
While a pass is listed
A listed pass sits in the market, so nobody can claim it until it's sold or unlisted. That's on purpose: the buyer gets exactly the waiting fees they saw when they paid. If you unlist, you can claim again straight away.
